Here are the five facts about me:

Ang mga susunod na inyong mababasa ay sarili kong opinion at wala akong pinatatamaan.

1. Mahilig ako ang MUSIKA

Kilala ako ng mga personal kong mga kaibigan na isang tao na mahilig sa musika… siyam na buwan palang daw ako sabi ng aking mga magulang ay nag “hu-hum” na daw ako ng kanta. Una akong kumanta sa harap ng klase nuong ako ay kinder pa lamang. Hindi ito natigil hanggang ako’y makarating ng 1st year highschool ng una akong sumabak sa isang singing contest at ako’y pinalad mag uwi ng unang gantimpala. Ganun din ang nangyari nuong ako’y 2nd – 3rd year highschool. Ngunit hindi ko ito nagawa nuong ako ay 4th year… sumali kasi an gang nakababatang kapatid at ako ay kanyang tinalo… Hahaha! Bale wala naman sakin yun atleast proud ako at ang kapatid ko ang nakatalo sakin at hindi ang ibang tao!!! Haha! Magaling rin naman kasi ang aking kapatid…

2. Ako ay Rehistradong Nars

Hindi naman ako nagyayabang ngunit ang title kasi nitong “tinagged” sakin ni jan denmark pascual (hindi niya kamag anak ni piolo pascual! LOL) ay 5 facts about me… At hindi na mabubura sa aking pangalan ang pagiging RN, hindi ba? Maliban nalang kung marevoke… LORD, wag niyo naman sana bawiin yun sakin… Sinuwerte lang talaga ako ng mapasama sa 27,000+ na pumasa out of 67,000+ ang pangalan ko kaya hindi dapat maging mayabang. Sa totoo lang ng makita ko mismo ang pangalan ko ay naluha ako… waaa!!! Kasi ang hirap ng exam! Pota! Haha!

3. Isa akong kaibigan na maaasahan

Hindi ko na kelangan sabihin ang mga nagawa ko sa aking mga kaibigan… dahil ang tunay na kaibigan ay hindi nanunumbat ng mga nagagawa niya sa isang kaibigan. Tama ba? ^_^

4. Ayaw DIN ng math!

Alam naman nating lahat na hindi lahat ng tao ay gusto ang math diba? Isama niyo narin ako! Haha!

Tanong: Bakit ba ako kumuha ng kursong NARSING?

a. gusto ko kasi ng science!
b. gusto ko kasi makakita ng mga inooperahan!

Pero tanggap ko ng hindi talaga mawawala ang math sa buhay buhay… naaaala ko pa nuon na laging palakol na grado ang nakukuha ko sa math! Pero hindi naman below 75% ah? Haha! Yung kahinaan ko sa math ay nalagay naman sa science… sa “defense mechanism” sa narsing, ang tawag dun ay compensation… wahaha!

5. Higit sa lahat ayaw ko sa ugaling UTAK TALANGKA

Proud ako bilang Pilipino! Wala ng tanong dun… Pero may isa ako na pinaka ayokong ugali ng mga pinoy… Ito ay ang Ugaling UTAK TALANGKA. Marami sa mga Pilipino ay mayroong katangian ng isang talangka… anu ba ang ibig kong sabihin dito? Hindi ba ang mga talangkang nilagay sa isang malukong na bagay ay gugustuhing makawala? At imbes na magtulungang maka alis sa kanilang kinalalagyan ay naghihilihan pa sila pababa… Yun ang pinaka ayaw kong ugali ng isang pinoy…

Maraming ganyan sa atin diba? Aminin na natin… Ilan sa mga halimbawa nito ay ang isang artista na biglang sumikat out of nothing, diba pilit na sinisiraan? Pilit na inilulubog? Pilit na sinisira? Hindi ba marami rin sa mga pinoy ay gustong matalo si pacman? Dahil daw lagi na lang nananalo? Para makatikim naman daw ng talo? Dahil daw sobrang yaman na kung saan saan na daw niya ginagastos ang pera nya? Mayabang na raw? Anong klaseng mamamayan ang bawat pilipinong ganito kung mag isip? Kung yung tungkol sa pera, wala tayong pakialam kung saan man niya ginagastos yun, sa kanya yun diba? Pinaghirapan niya yun kaya nasasa kanya nay un kung paano niya uubusin. Hindi ba pwede na maging masaya tayo bilang Pilipino na mayroon tayong kababayan na naaabot ang kanyang mga pangarap? Naniniwala talaga ako sa kasabihan na:

“Ang punong hayok sa bungga ay binabato.”

“If you’re hated, you’re doing something right.”

“You can’t please everybody.”

Family Gathering

Last March 28, 2009, our family gathered at Josefina’s Grill and Resto at Dampa alongside Mall of Asia because we have a plethora of reasons to rejoice! It was my birthday last March 22 and my tito Jo’s birthday as well on the following day. It was also my sister’s graduation who finished “Magna Cum Laude” last April 1, 2009 with Medical Technology as her course. And last but not the least, it was also my cousin’s high school graduation on that day, who also graduated “with distinction.

Well, this is supposed to be a surprise to Krystle and Kelvin but unfortunately due to some uncoordinated plans, we were not able to make it as a “surprise” to them! As we are waiting for my cousin to arrive, we ordered some peanuts and crackers as we were already starving to death!!! Haha! More pics coming soon!

CHIP TSAO WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE

I bet you already knew this news report circulating everywhere! On television, radio, newpapers and even on the internet about this RACIST guy named CHIP TSAO. This RACIST is a 50 years old Hong Kong-based columnist-broadcaster and he was famous for his ironic sense of humor and sarcasm. His writings abound with metaphors, and his best works are notable for their poetical quality. His column dated march 27, 2009 entitled “The War At Home”, was criticized by many who have read it, mostly by Filipinos.

Here’s his message

"The Russians sank a Hong Kong freighter last month, killing the seven Chinese seamen on board. We can live with that Lenin and Stalin were once the ideological mentors of all Chinese people. The Japanese planted a flag on Diàoyú Island. That's no big problem we Hong Kong Chinese love Japanese cartoons, Hello Kitty, and shopping in Shinjuku, let alone our round-the-clock obsession with karaoke.

"But hold on—even the Filipinos? Manila has just claimed sovereignty over the scattered rocks in the South China Sea called the Spratly Islands, complete with a blatant threat from its congress to send gunboats to the South China Sea to defend the islands from China if necessary. This is beyond reproach. The reason: there are more than 130,000 Filipina maids working as $3,580-a-month cheap labor in Hong Kong. As a nation of servants, you don't flex your muscles at your master, from whom you earn most of your bread and butter.

"As a patriotic Chinese man, the news has made my blood boil. I summoned Louisa, my domestic assistant who holds a degree in international politics from the University of Manila, hung a map on the wall, and gave her a harsh lecture. I sternly warned her that if she wants her wages increased next year, she had better tell every one of her compatriots in Statue Square on Sunday that the entirety of the Spratly Islands belongs to China.

"Grimly, I told her that if war breaks out between the Philippines and China, I would have to end her employment and send her straight home, because I would not risk the crime of treason for sponsoring an enemy of the state by paying her to wash my toilet and clean my windows 16 hours a day. With that money, she would pay taxes to her government, and they would fund a navy to invade our motherland and deeply hurt my feelings.

"Oh yes. The government of the Philippines would certainly be wrong if they think we Chinese are prepared to swallow their insult and sit back and lose a Falkland Islands War in the Far East. They may have Barack Obama and the hawkish American military behind them, but we have a hostage in each of our homes in the Mid-Levels or higher. Some of my friends told me they have already declared a state of emergency at home. Their maids have been made to shout 'China, Madam/Sir' loudly whenever they hear the word 'Spratly.' They say the indoctrination is working as wonderfully as when we used to shout, 'Long live Chairman Mao!' at the sight of a portrait of our Great Leader during the Cultural Revolution. I bet your BLOOD also BOILED after reading his message! And so am I! Calling Philippines as “Nation of Servants”? What the fuck?! Who are you to call us that way? A “Nation of Servants” is much better than a COMMUNIST NATION, NATION OF DRUG LORDS, NATION OF TAINTED FOODS, NATION OF SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS, NATION OF ILLEGAL FISHERS, NATION OF GREED, and even NATION OF PROSTITUTES! Yes you heard me right! Go to Dubai and see for yourself that Chinese girls were only paid for a minimum of 10 Dirhams or less than 3 US Dollars! I don’t mean to be harsh about this but this RACIST guy made my blood boil! My point is that, The OFWs are working day and night just to send money for their family and should not be treated this way. We Filipinos are VERY proud that millions of OFW’s are able to serve the world whether as managers, laborers and medical professionals. There’s nothing to be ashamed of as long as we earned money in a pleasant manner without stepping on other’s dignity.

Mr. CHEAP TSAO, you said that you have hostages in each of your homes? Think again… In the Philippines, we also have Chinese hostages too so better watch your nasty words ok? These Chinese here in our country are like leeches getting all of our money thru their businesses. And WITHOUT US whom you called “Servants” patronizing their products, businesses and services, THEY ARE ALSO NOTHING but a hungry CHINESE in a foreign land that is! It's just a matter of give and take. Sorry to all Chinese I've mentioned. It's just a matter of sending everything back to Cheap CHIP. I know not all Chinese people think the way CHEAP CHIP thinks.
